Brief Answer:
Haemorrhoids most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum. I have gone through your query.

Your problem is most likely haemorrhoids (piles). This occurs due to overstraining during passing of stools or constipation. Hardening of stools also is a reason for this. A local and digital examination by a General surgeon can rule out this. It is not so serious condition. Do you had any episode of bleeding of tinge of blood while passing stools?

For haemorrhoids I usually advise my patients to take food rich in fibres. Taking lactulose at bed time will also be helpful. Include raw vegetables and fruits in your diet. I also advise ointments which contain corticosteroid hydrocotisone and anaesthetic cinchocaine for local application. Antibiotics will be required if secondary infection is there. Sitz bath in warm saline is also helpful.

In case of third degree prolapsed piles (which is not reduced digitally) surgery is indicated.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Haemorrhoids occurs due to various reasons.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your follow up query.

Haemorrhoids occurs due to bulging around anus. It can be due to various reasons. It can be seen due to ageing also. Tissues that support veins in the rectum and anus can weaken and stretch with ageing. Even obesity and sitting long periods of time also is a reason. Haemorrhoids can occur internally or externally. Bleeding you seen is most likely rupture of these haemorrhoids. It usually comes and goes also.

It is better to rule out this by showing a general surgeon. Digital examination is performed to confirm and rule out other conditions. Proctoscopy also is done in some cases.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.

Thanks.
