Detailed Answer:
Hello
I really appreciate your concern
I had gone through your previous questionwhich you have referred to see.
Looking at your detailed history It can be a non healing ulcer or recurrent cellulitis
Please upload me all relevant reports you have with me, Otherwise I would advise you for a battery of tests like blood for CBC, blood sugar fasting and post prandial, liver and kidney function test, Pus culture from the infected foot, an X ray foot and ankle.
I would like to kknow about your weight height and history of any metabolic disease like diabetes or high blood pressure
It may happen that invading bacteria might not be responding to the Augmentin you are taking, so you may require another antibiotics depending upon the pus culture and sensitivity report.
Keep your leg at higher level by placing pillow beneath it.
Please write back to me so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes
Augmentin you are taking, might not be responding
All my tests have been normal even when the pain was very severe ,ESR was 37 ,rest all normal , got the blood tests twice done ,
Please consider these guidelines

Hello
Thanks for your reply
If your blood tests are normal and you don't have any Ulcer or signs of cellulitis like redness, tenderness, pain or swelling than it might be related to musculoskeletal disorder
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues, I would advise you to consult a orthopaedic doctor for an X ray chest and further evaluation
If it's tendinitis than you may not require Augmentin again.
You should take ibuprofen for pain relief and complete bed rest with limb elevation is advisable
Hope this answers your question
please feel free to ask for more clarification, I will happily answer you
Best wishes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your conversation with Dr XXXXXXX
At this stage I would advise you for an X ray Ankle or an repeat MRI
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise you to consult a orthopaedician for clinical examination and aforementioned investigations
Since you have taken to complete course of antibiotics so it's time to confirm the diagnosis by examination and investigations.
X ray chest is not required, it was a typing error I was suggesting for an XXXXXXX X ray.
Meanwhile Use Ankle Brace and Take rest until it heals completely
Physiotherapy is advisable.
Try to keep your leg elevated by putting a pillow under it.
Have calcium supplements
