Im a 22 yr old female I have 2 jobs im a sales assistant and a residential carer, im not diabetic, currently im waiting for an ultrasound scan as they believe there is a possibility of gall stones or gall bladder disease, so I dont know if this is connected? ..my general health is pretty good

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Liver and Gall bladder problems can be connected to swelling if the protein/albumin content is low in blood.
However I would advise you following:
1. Urine examination.
2. Liver and Kidney function test.
3. Thyroid profile.
Till you get the workup done simply sleep with legs slightly raised. Also take low salt diet.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy
