It is a small boil & only on one eye and I have traveled a lot in dusty environment after that this happened I think I am alergic to dust and it happened to me earlier also many times .There is no discharge as such from eyes only tears and little pain and sometimes itchy around pimple.

It can be a stye, it is infection of the glands present in the eye lid.
Maintain hygiene of face and eye lid. Clean with sterile swab. Treatment is Appellation. The pus will come out. Clean with swab and apply neosporin eye ointment. Can take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily, give some warm compression.

Apply ofloxacin .3% eye drop 4th hourly. 2 drops in both eyes. Neosporine eye ointment at bed time.
