Noted your concern. Swelling in feet could be due to various reasons. I can see that you are on Synthroid for hypothyroidism. What is your last TSH value?
Did you have any pain killers recently. This can cause leg swelling.
Any prolonged travel? Any shortness of breath? Any frothing of urine or decreased urine output ? Following investigations are recommended
1) CBC,ESR
2) Urine Routine
3) Serum creatinine, Blood urea
3) Liver function tests
4) Free T4 and TSH
