Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed. Need to rule out CTD's

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

Your symptoms give an initial impression of combination of disorders like Anemia, thyroid dysfunction and irritable bowel syndrome.

Underlying chronic anxiety can be a provoking factor.

For further assessment, I advice you to get the following tests .

1. Complete blood counts.

2. Thyroid profile.

3.Vitamin B12 and D.C.

4.Ultrasound abdomen.

5.Complete autoimmune profile -to rule out connective disorder.

Further management is based on test results.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these tests to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
