Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM
I can understand your concern. Just to summarise the problems you're having-
- Swelling and restless legs
- Vaginal bleeding and pain during sexual intercourse.
- Low backache, hairless, epigastric burning
- Persistent bleeding
- Trembling of body, headaches, fatigue, hairless etc
You have underwent hysterectomy in 2001. If we consider the problems you're having then most likely cause of your problem is poor nutrition, nutritional deficiency most likely because of bleeding.
First possibility that should be ruled out in such symptoms is anaemia or iron deficiency and Vitamin B12 deficiency. Both could result in fatigue, tiredness, tremors, persistent headaches, hairless and other symptoms you are having. This can also be cause of restless legs you have. Iron and vitamin B12 deficiency also increase the risk of anxiety and mood swings.
So please get your CBC or complete blood count, Vitamin B12 levels done. If these come in low range then you should start taking supplements. Anxiety could be the another reason of your symptoms.
Thanks and Take care
