What Causes Swollen Lower Lip With Bumps?
Question: I have swollen bottom lip - large for a week. inside my mouth behind bottom lip a dozen lumps some large some small. could this have been a bite? no fever just very uncomfortable

Saw a different dr to day. Put me on anti biotics. Do u think that will help

Antibiotics are meant to cure bacterial infection and it can also work for you if there is a suspected case of bacterial infection..
But for confirmation an Oral swab culture has to be done..
However you can continue taking antibiotics if you wish to and see if it works or not, but I believe that any medications should be taken after confirmation of cause only..
