Question: I've had a cold for about one week and last night I started to feel a lump in the right side of my neck near where you would take pulse under chin . Most noticeable when I turn my head

The lump that is seen on the right of the neck following cold could be probably be a swollen lymph node.
You may need a course of antibiotc like amoxicillin.
