Both sides of my neck are swollen above my collar bone. Feel really exhausted but otherwise no pain

This may indicate swollen lymph nodes due to viral infection such as mononucleosis or some bacterial upper respiratory infections. Also, it can be seen after exercise or if you had neck muscle pulling. Some more serious diagnoses are rare but it would be smart to do white blood count and other blood tests to rule out some serious diseases. Also, some rheumatoid disorders and autoimmune diseased may be considered if this condition persist. But,try to wait for few more days and see will symptoms improve. Wish you good health. Regards
