Brief Answer:
It is because of inflammation of lymph nodes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I am Dr. Shama and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history and the previous questions you have asked to HealthcareMagic.
It seems you are recurrent painful enlargement of the glands in the neck.
This indicates inflammation of the lymph nodes in the neck as a result of infection in their drainage area which involves eyes, nose, sinuses, oral cavity, ears....

Since you have mentioned about dental surgery and sinusitis.... these are responsible for your recurrent painful inflammation of the lymph nodes.

The suggested treatment is by use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
It is not a serious condition and will get resolved with treatment of the underlying cause.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs and examination to rule out infections involving the ears. nose. sinuses. oral cavity...

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
