I noticed the site 2 days ago. It does not appear to be a lesion or sore. Just a discoloration of the skin and slightly raised.symptons are mild. Doesnot hurt to touch the site. Just general aching off and on around thureathra. Usuallyif there is friction arojnd tge area from a seam in my underwear or anything preses on my peniswill trigger the aching/tingling mild sensation. As i attached in adfitional comments i was treated for ghonorrea and clamydia with a single dose of heavy antibiotics (included a shot and oral dose of arithromicyn).this was because of sexual relations with an unknown woman 2 days prior to the start of sensiivity in my tip of my penis and urethra. Total number of days of symptons 8days. I also work out alot and wondering if it could be an injury from running. Or bruising.

Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I do not see any significant lesions.
It may be due to injury or abrasion or friction due to intercourse or workout etc.
Relax just clean area with warm water twice daily.
Maintain hygiene. See that there is no friction or irritation.
Avoid inter course for now.
You can get back for any clarification
Thank you
