I took zpak last week. And i am taking tylenol cold for a flu. And i am on levsin and lisiniprol for high blood pressure

What do you do for it?

Take multivitamins with lycopene or ginseng.
Local application of Hymycin or any antifungal meant for local application. This helps for avoidace/treatment of oral thrush.
Sips of water frequently as it helps for self cleansing.
Avoid too hot and too cold foods/ beverages.
Soft/ liquid diet.
Watch the results: may be healing well in 3-7 days and to decide further course of actions if needed.
