Brief Answer:
detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I read carefully your query.
The cause of such symptoms might be low blood pressure. It is important to know if you have monitored your blood pressure and in what numbers is you blood pressure most of the days.
If your blood pressure is normal ,you may need to run some tests including :
-Complete blood count to exclude anemia
-Blood sugar
-Thyroid functions tests to exclude thyroid dysfunction.
-A cardiac check-up (EKG, heart ultrasound ).
If your blood pressure is low (under 120/80 ) ,your doctor should lower the dosage of your blood pressure medications.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.
Kind regards,
