Brief Answer:
Bone metastasise causing the pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi

As your dad is suffering from terminal bladder cancer and is coplaining of ntense tailbone pain i would advise him to fo a bone scan test.

The tumour now must have spread to his bones and has metastasized which is causing the bone pain.

I would advise you dad to apply buprinophine 5 mg transdernal patch locally to control his pain.

He can apply one patch to a dry, non-irritated, non-hairy area of your skin on his upper body such as your chest, upper back, or the outside of your arms. Leave it in place for seven days and then remove it and replace it with a new patch, but apply the replacement patch to a different area of skin on his upper body. Avoid using the area from where you have removed the patch for at least three weeks. Continue to replace your patches once a week, on the same day of the week.
