Brief Answer:
Get some investigations and continue treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your mother is having diabetes , hypertension and hypothyroidism along with psychiatric problems.
The first step will be to rule any metabolic derangements and infection so following investigations should be done like serum sodium, potassium, urea, creatinine, automated count, thyroid profile, vitamin B12 levels.
The psychiatric illness needs to be discussed with treating psychiatrist. Possibility of depression with delusions are present.
In case all blood workup is normal then she should get proper treatment from psychiatrist. Drugs like duloxetine, mirtazipine, paroxitine, escitalopram can be given at adequate doses. Quetiapine can be given for sleep and inappropriate behaviour.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
