What Causes Tenderness In My Left Breast?
Question: Hi I would like to know if pain/tenderness in only one breast is suspicious?
I noticed that the last 3 months my left breast feels tender to touch 2 weeks before my period. When my period finishes, the pain goes away for 2 weeks and then comes back.
Is it normal to get period symptoms so early (2 weeks before my period) and is it normal only to the left breast?

Brief Answer:
It is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns about pain and tenderness in one breast only.
It is perfectly normal to have these symptoms limited to one breast only.
These changes happen due to hormone called progesterone. It is perfectly fine to have these symptoms in one breast only.
There is nothing to worry or be suspicious.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
