Question: For the last couple of days my skin is feeling very very tender around the mid back and abdomen section on my right side only - Almost to sore to sleep on that side ???

Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There are many reasons for all this.

So to make exact diagnosis get xray of lower spine in AP and Lateral view, ultrasound of abdomen done for KUB stone, then send me the report.

Till then you can take paracetamol+ dicyclomine combination two times a day by prescription of your family doctor. Take pregabalin 75 mg at night

Avoid pushing and pulling of heavy objects.
