Question: Hello,

I am writing in on an issue i have previously asked anout prior. It is a horrible feeling like this chronically and looking for insight. I did see my doctor about this but did maybe push it enough or they thought i was crazy. I have had these symptoms for months.
History: generalized anxiety disorder and chronic fear, LPR and over weight.
Symptoms: the feeling of not getting enough air- this is chronic- not exercised induced- i do exercise and can comeplete what i am doing. It is hard but i am overweight so i am assuming as i lose some it will get easier.
Tenderness in between the breast and upper abdomen (thinking diaphram area)
I do belch a lot.
When i enhale largly i feel not satisfied and sometimes it feel like i simply cant.
Sometimes i feel like i cant swallow- like with nothing but air:spit - no issues with food - i feel like its my mind doing this
Sleep is fine
Appetite- its huge layely which sucks
Sometiems i feel frantic and irrational
Sometiems burning in chest and heaviness
Tenderness in chest feels more muscle related opposed to bone

I am attaching a photo of the area of concern/tenderness thet goesxeith my breathing problems

Doctor visit:
physical
Blood work
Listen to lungs
All fine

I am on pantroprazole 20mg daily

Brief Answer:
I think you have only gas and acidity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic,

I think you have only gas and acidity.

Here is my suggestion--
Take Pantoprazole with domperidone 20/10 once a day before evening meal.
Take any digestive enzyme preparation twice a day before meals.
Take a chewable antacid with MPS (methyl poly siloxane) twice a day after meals.
Take any Pro-biotic with B complex once a day

All for a fortnight.

You can revert back.

Brief Answer:
I've seen the picture and it points to the area of stomach.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I've seen the picture and it points to the area of stomach.
And good question, the acidity and indigestion causes a lot of gas that obstructs the oesophagus (food pipe). This in turn presses on wind pipe that is next to the food pipe giving feeling of choking and not being able to get full breath.
My diagnosis and treatment advised holds.
