What Causes Terrible Bitterness In Throat, Acute Vomiting And Bloating?

as discussed
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of gall bladder removal in 2000 and getting problems since 2008. Since the gap is large, it may not be related.
Also noted the period, XXXXXXX as you have mentioned. It is worth noting and studying why XXXXXXX
It is possibly the rainy season with its attendant problems that is worth considering.
You have bitterness in throat, swollen belly, no potty, acute vomiting tendency which would continue for 15 days but has persisted for more than 40 days in spite of treatment and investigations.
My thoughts:
It is possibly a constipation (no potty), leading to distension of abdomen which in turn causes vomiting tendency, GERD and hence the bitterness in throat.
Treating constipation with proper laxatives in proper adjusted doses as per your need may solve your problems.
Since you have problems since 2008, it is imperative to go for inventions of barium studies for whole intestinal tract, C T scan of the abdomen, Colonoscopy and whichever your General Surgeon advises on clinical evaluation and examination.
I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis and curative treatment.
