What Causes The Inability To Ejaculate In The Vagina During Intercourse?

Question: Hello
I got married before 2 years, I cant ejaculate while intercourse, but I can ejaculate with help of pillow. I do self insemination with 10 ml syringe & with plastic new container which Is use for urine coulter test. Tried 3-4 time but no result, what should I do ?

Inability to ejaculate in vagina during intercourse is one of the factor for not conceiving However I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you ejaculate outside vagina before penetration ? or you do not ejaculate at all ?
2) Are you able to penetrate vagina and perform intercourse ?
3) Do you masturbate frequently ?
4) Have you done your semen analysis to know sperm count ,sperm motility etc ?
5) Have you examined your wife by a qualified Gynecologist and to find out whether her ovulation cycle is normal or not ?

Doing artificial insemination of your own will not help as it has to be done scientifically during ovulation cycle .

I would suggest you to consult qualified Infertility specialist for detail evaluation and investigation so that further measures can be planned with scientific approach .

Please take a look for some answer
1.     No am not ejaculate before penetration, I cant ejaculate while intercourse of after intercourse.
2.     Yes I do
3.     Not now after marriage, before I do
4.     No not done till now.
5.     I am trying with ovulation test kit at home. After several time test it comes positive once only.

Should I try himalaya tentex royal or confide.
