Brief Answer:
list of possibilities given for your reference ma'am, will need doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you for your kind response.

Based on the current symptoms you are displaying the possibilities could be the following:

+Diabetes related presentation: If at all you have diabetes then it would be wise to get your HbA1c checked, and get your blood sugar well controlled. If you do not have diabetes, then it would be wise to get a blood glucose profile to rule out diabetes

+Menopause-related occurrences: This can bring up a few of the present symptoms, but not all; this should be considered and ruled out if all other conditions are ruled out, a check on hormone levels will be required for this

+Urinary tract infection or abnormalities: These also present in a slightly similar manner, and will require a detailed discussion with a doctor and a urine sample to be provided for testing to the laboratory in order to find the cause

+Renal tract abnormalities: Possibly related to kidney stones, etc.

+Gynecological: There exist certain conditions like uterine prolapse, uterine fibroids, etc; that can cause a presentation similar to yours and for them we will require a physical examination along with an ultrasound of your lower abdomen and pelvis

As you can see ma'am, most of the conditions require your presence at a medical facility that can diagnose and treat you accordingly. Please do try to schedule an appointment with your doctor for further management.

In the meantime, you can continue to go about the home remedies provided by me and feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
