Question: I am suffering from thigh pain a lot on both my legs

Hi,

It is too short to answer anything specific. If you had undue or uncommon stress on the thigh muscles like running or walking too long or climbing stairs which you had not done recently this might be the pain.

I suggest you to relax the muscles without more strain, drink good amount of water to flush out the anaerobic environment and spray RELAXYL on the muscles. You should be alright.

And the same on my both leg's Calf pain are too much.. IS this pain because of less calcium ? Do i need to take any calcium tablet's ?
