Brief Answer:
Radiating back pain possible

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

Possible is that you are suffering from radiating back pain through ischiadic nerve affection. Peripheral artery disease is much more unlikely in your young age and low risk factors. Best is to do a clinical examination of the back and depending on the findings x ray or mri. Possible therapy is back exercises, physical therapy, pain medication.

Best regards
