What Causes Tightness And A Painless White Patch On The Foreskin?

Question: I am an uncircumcised, 21 year old virgin male. I have a very tight foreskin. Some time ago, I noticed a painless white patch on the inside of the outer tip of the foreskin. It has been there for the last 3-4 years and has spread very little. I am very concerned about it. Please give some helpful advice. Is it cancer????
I also think that it may be caused by some injury due to masturbation, although I masturbate once in two weeks, on an average.

Brief Answer:
circumcision is curative treatment in phimosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
The photo shows a very tight foreskin, which may be difficult to retract.
Without retracting the foreskin,it's difficult to wash the inner side of the foreskin.
Penile hygiene is very important,to prevent infections.
Circumcision is the curative treatment, that's very clear.
But first, you'll need to take an antibiotic course,to clear the infection there.
The groin area isn't seen clearly in your photo,so difficult to comment.
Wish you well.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
The white patches are seen on the foreskin.
A circumcision will clear that foreskin completely.
As you've written about a very tight foreskin or phimosis, it's likely to be infected.
The infected area can be seen, only after retracting the foreskin.
As to possibility of cancer,it's unlikely to be cancerous.
Just see if you've any swelling in the groin fold region.
If seen, get it examined by an Urologist.
If needed, the foreskin can be sent for a biopsy, after the circumcision
Wish you well.
