Question: Have tightness in chest and stomach, some pain, numbness in both ankles and lightheadedness. Had gall bladder scan this week and it came back normal. Have pacemaker - it was checked last week and no episodes recorded. Symptoms are like heart related or low blood pressure but had that checked and blood pressure is good. Symptoms began 3 weeks ago and come and go - felt good yesterday but back again today.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms most likely are related to GERD (acid reflux disease). However some exams should be done to exclude cardiac issues.

If you were my patients I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
- Upper endoscopy
- Cervical spine x-ray
- Tilt table test

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
