                                            Question : what would cause the groin and analysis area to feel tight when standing or walking around? it doesn't have the feeling when sitting or lying down.

I am not sure what analysis area is,but if there is pain on groin then it may indicate inguinal hernia which is common cause of such pain. If you meant perianal pain,then fissure,hemorrhoids or polyps may be present so you should see proctologist in this case. It would be good to do ultrasound of inguinal area to verify possible hernia.                                     anal area is what I meant. I do seem to have some internal hemorrhoids. little lumps that pop out during bowel movements that go right back in afterwards. could this cause the tight feeling? there's no pain just a sensation of tightness.
