What Causes Tinging Sensations At Bottom Of The Feet?
Question: I have had Parkinson's for 10 years. I get tinging sensation in the nights - especially in the bottom of the feet (most of the times) and some times in the arms and lower legs. I only get this tangling sensation during OFF-Time of my PD medication. This tingling sensation is causing me lot of frustration in the nights as I can not sleep in the night. I am currently on Stalevo, Sinemet (100/25), Sifffrol 2.25 mg and Endep 25mg.
Do you have any suggestion that will help me with the tingling sensation ? I also feel irritable in the nights and can not lie on the bed. so, I so, I sit in a chair most of the night and only get to sleep from early in the morning (4/5AM) till 8/9 AM.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms. They are suggestive of neuropathic pain.
As of now, you are on correct medications for Parkinson's disease (PD).
For relief of your symptoms, you can take pregabalin capsules. Please continue your existing medications.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
