Brief Answer:
Your are not in the process of having a stroke .

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

Your are not in the process of having a stroke .
Tingling feeling in your left cheek is because of inflammation due to chronic sinusitis leading nerves stimulation . You are young with no hypertension hence no need to worry .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Investigation like CT Scan PNS for chronic sinusitis to know extend of disease.

Steam Inhalation twice daily, Saline nasal spray thrice daily , Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily for chronic sinusitis .

Use warm water gargle 20 mins after steroid spray use .

Continue cefdinir, inhaler for bronchitis .

Use Esomeprazole 40mg for esophagitis .

You can discuss this with your treating doctor.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

While all of this is going on. How can I tell the difference between chronic and acute? And will I still be able to drink alcohol?
Also, how about marijuana and ciggeratte smoking? I do have my recreational card.
Thanks,
