What Causes Tingling In Hands And Feet, Fatigue, Hoarseness And Sore Throat?
Organic cause for the symptoms should be addressed
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
These symptoms are related to stress and fatigue. However, an organic cause should be ruled out primarily. Blood counts and ESR/CRP to look for anemia, infectious or inflammatory cause should be done. Basic metabolic panel including electrolytes and blood sugar should also be done. If no physical cause for the symptoms is found then fatigue and stress should be addressed. Sertraline is an SSRI mainly used in treatment for major depression, social anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress, panic disorder and OCDs. It would be advisable to undergo a XXXXXXX mental state exam with a psychiatrist to assess for any anxiety or depression. Life style changes, flexible work hours, behavioral cognitive therapy, psychotherapy and medication(if needed) can be advised accordingly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
As I mentioned in the previous answer, long working hours are definitely a contributing factor and flexible working hours are likely to contribute towards improvement in stress levels.
As for the voice, acute onset of hoarseness or croakiness can be due to a throat infection, laryngitis or vocal cord pathology and would need to be examined by an ENT doctor. Antibiotics, decongestants and PPIs +/- steroids can be decided upon , based upon the cause.
For the side of the neck and shoulders pain, NSAIDs and muscle relaxants like diclofenac and tizanidine can be empirically advised for 2 weeks to see for improvement. Multivitamins especially B complex vitamins should be added if any recent illness was there as they are water soluble and can become deficient in the body very easily. If the pain persists , then imaging investigations i.e x ray cervical spine , MRI +/- EMG/NCS can be advised after consulting your doctor.
