Brief Answer:
Possible B12 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.

I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. If you are a known hypertensive, you need to get evaluated for transient ischemic attacks. Its a possible mini-stroke.

2. However, if not hypertensive, then possible Vit B12 or abnormal calcium levels could cause it. Improve your diet with vit B12 supplements and calcium supplements. Also add fish, eggs, banana, green leafy vegetables and pulses in your diet to improve your overall nutrition.

3. For headache, you can take NSAIDS like paracetamol or diclofenac. It would be helpful. Stay well hydrated.

However, if your headache gets worse or you have loss of sensation or any loss of function in any part, you need to meet your doctor immediately.

With more history, I can try to be more helpful.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
