What Causes Tingling Numbness And Pain Around Jaws, Forehead, Nose And Ear?
Question: I keep getting a horrible feeling in my face around my jaws sometimes my forehead nose and ear of tingling numbness and pain it can also feel like its burning it comes and goes sometimes it can go and not come back for a week or 2 and when it comes it lasts for a few hours whats wrong with me.

This has been going on for about 6 weeks i have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure or have any other medical problems i dont take any medication it happens on both sides of my face at the same time i can still move my eyes and nose and cheeks when it happens.

Your symptoms are most suggestive of a condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia, although it is rare to get this on both the sides simultaneously.
I would advise you to go for MRI of the brain and particularly for the Trigeminal nerve study, may have vascular loops around it.
And an opinion of a Neurologist is highly recommended to get a clinical evaluation, examination and give you proper prescription based medication.
