I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

Usually Tingling in one hand only occurs in Mononeuropathies.

I would like to know following details for a better help:
1. How did it started?
2. Any history of diabetes?
3. Any numbness associated?
4. Weakness you are feeling is where exactly? whole hand / whole arm?
5. What is your occupation and residing country?
6. Any alcohol consumption? or exposure to any toxins?
7. Any particular fingers involved or the whole hand is involved?
8. Any white patch on the body.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me and revert with the answers of the above questions preferably in point wise manner only.

Brief Answer:
get NCV

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I have reviewed your answers.

In case you have got MRI of Cervical Spine and that is normal, then you should get a Nerve Conduction velocity (NCV) test done of that hand.

If there is any problem like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (that is a possibility), then it would be evident on NCV.

If your NCV is also normal, then i would say that your Neurologist is right, this is related to Stress and Anxiety.

But to say that this is because of stress, you should get NCV done, that would clear the picture with no confusion.

Review with me with NCV Report.

If you have any further query, please ask me.

Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Yes, stress can cause these problems. Since your NCV is also normal then it is very unlikely that there is a cause.
I would suggest you not to take Escitalopram instead of Duvanta, as it is more helpful.
For this level of cholesterol, you just require dietary modifications. Don't consume alcohol, avoid rice, potato, oil, desi ghee.
Exercise daily.

See friend, this is my opinion just based on details available here. I can not examine you as you are not in front of me.
So, i believe that this is my best opinion for you.
If you have any query further, please feel free to ask me, else you may vlose the discussion and rate it!

Stay Healthy.
