Brief Answer:
Get an X-ray of sinus
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Thanks for writing me back.
I would suspect lurking(chronic) infection in the sinus following acute episode of sinusitis.I would examine your sinus and ask for X-ray of paranasal sinus to identify the infection/pus.
Hope this answers your query.
