Question: I am having tingling down my left arm. What could this be?

I have gone through your query carefully and would like to know-
1. Are you having any chronic disease like diabetic?
2. Are you able to make a tight fist?
The common cause of tingling is nerve compression (pinched nerve) at neck/cervical level and this may be confirmed by physical examination and by MRI test. The other could be deficiency of vitamin B12.
