Brief Answer:
Neuralgia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The symptoms that you describe are in the territory of the Trigeminal (Fifth Cranial) Nerve. The light headed-ness may be due to the ear or anxiety.

2. No mosquito borne disease is expected to cause such symptoms except in filariasis where there will be additional symptoms and progressive disease.

3. You should also consider the possibility of other insect bites.

4. medication for neuralgia should settle these symptoms. Get routine blood tests including filarial /PCR (Polymerase XXXXXXX Reaction) tests done. If these are normal, rule out sinusitis and nutritional deficiencies. A rare possibility is a neurological issue that will require the consultation of a neurologist.

If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
