What Causes Tingling Pressure Radiating From Head Throughout Body?
Question: Got a sudden weird feeling in my head that ran down my body. (Tingling type sensation in body more like pressure in head). That went away but now i have pain in the back of my head and top of neck (not severe), feel pressure on my face around my eyes and stomach is upset. Have had vertigo in past but am not dizzy (although initial onset I thought might be vertigo but didn't feel that way). Took an aspirin to be safe but wondering if I should go to hospital or just go to sleep.

Sudden onset headache and pain in neck associated with stomach upset could occur due to either change in Blood Pressure or due to anxiety or migrainous attack. You have taken Aspirin to be on safer side and this will control the headache.
I would advise you to get your BP checked if possible. High BP is one of common cause of pain in neck and headache in occipital region. Take proper rest and avoid tea, coffee for some time now and you will feel better.
Anxiety might be second possibility because some times in your age due to change in hormonal level hot flushes and anxiety are seen. This may present with dizziness, headache and weird feeling.
Other possibility is migrainous attack. Migraine may present with similar symptoms and pain in neck. Aspirin will control that attack.
As per my opinion you have already taken aspirin which will control the headache. Wait for some time and you will see improvement.
