Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears to peripheral neuropathy. Tingling sensation with mild pain are early symptoms of neural damage.
2. Causes include diabetes mellitus, alcohol abuse, nutritional deficiencies or adverse effects of medications.
3. Renerve BT twice daily initially and once symptoms are under control, once daily for another month should be helpful.
4. However, identification of cause; if any - like uncontrolled diabetes or medications, requires more detailed history. If any cause is identified, needs correction at the earliest for better recovery.
5. If pain is severe, additionally gabapentin or pregabalin can be taken for pain. This medication requires prescription from your doctor.

Hope it helps.
