Brief Answer:
Change of medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. These symptoms are most likely to be side effects of your current medications.

2. In my view, Polymyxin and Neomycin are not appropriate antibiotics for your condition.

3. I would prescribe my patients a broad spectrum antibiotic such as amoxicillin + clavulanic acid should suffice. An anti allergic, a mild anti inflammatory medication, medicated gargles and a bland diet should be taken. Adequate fluids and rest will help recovery. Ciplox ear drops are safe for use if your ear is draining.

4. Ear and that swabs can be sent if the symptoms persist.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
