What Causes Tingling Sensation In Feet, Weakness And Memory Loss?
Get homocysteine tested and then start supplementations
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and reports.
You are having normal tests. For B12 deficiency you may additionally get serum homocysteine levels in case of low normal B12.
Your MCV is high and vitamin B12 levels may have reached in normal range due to some supplementation.
You can start vitamin B12 injectables or oral after blood testing for few months.
Additionally you can take pregabalin 75 mg in night for tingling sensations inlet.
Nothing serious seems to be present.
If very concerned then consult a neurologist for detailed examination and any nerve conduction required may be advised.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Your homocysteine is in range but higher normal cut off.
You can either take injectable schedule of 7alternate day injection course and then continue vitamin B12 supplementation orally for atleast 3-6 months like tetrafol plus or rejunex CD 3 once daily
OR alternatively you can only take this oral drugs for 6 months.
