What Causes Tingling Sensation In Fingers And Toes?

To rule out possibility of Acute Pancreatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXX
Tingling sensation in fingers and toes could be likely due to Hypocalcemia that is low calcium level. One of the possible cause I would like to rule out with the symptom of vomiting (it's unlikely for vomiting alone to cause so much dehydration to induce high pulse rate) , tachycardia ( increased heart rate) and Fever is Acute Pancreatitis.
I would suggest you to get the following investigation done in consultation with your Physician
1. Complete Blood count
2. Serum Electrolyte including Serum calcium level
3. Serum Amylase and Lipase
4. Ultrasound of abdomen
5. Serum Creatinine and Blood Urea
Do keep me updated about her progress.
Take care
Best Regards
