Brief Answer:
Neuropathy and routine blood tests to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the symptoms you are experiencing.
Abnormal sensations such as those you describe can at times be related to peripheral neuropathy, which is commonly more pronounced at night. However it is more common in diabetics or alcoholics (plenty other possible causes but rarer) and usually starts distally in the feet only later involving the hands or body as you describe.
So another possibility when the symptoms are so generalized could also be stress and anxiety, but before one considers anxiety as the cause, a physical exam for other signs of neuropathy (change in sensation, reflexes, muscle wasting etc) is recommended as well as some routine blood tests like blood count, blood glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolytes (including calcium, magnesium, potassium), thyroid function, vitamin B12 level are recommended as their alterations could explain such symptoms.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
