What Causes Tingling Sensation In Head And Nausea?

Question: i feel tingling in head, it lasted for an hour , now followed with headache
during tingling i suffer from vomitting sensation too
do i need to get a CT SCAN or MRI done for this?

Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tingling sensation in head with headache may be an episode of migraine or can also be sensory seizure.
Possibility of migraine like headache has some other character like throbbing nature, photophobia, phonophobia. Nausea and vomiting.
Since you have tingling in limbs also you need to reply whether these tingling in headache and limbs are on same side of body and also if associated with tingling over face.
some symptoms may be anxiety related also.
You need to consult a neurologist who can examine you properly and advice accordingly for examination and treatment.

Hello,
I don't think at present you need CT or Mri as in migraine it's mostly negative.
If you have any tingling sensation on only one side of body then you may need one imaging.
Best would be to consult a neurologist for proper examination.
