Question: The Top of left foot like lightning sensitive. 3 middle toes bruised and brown. Cant pick toes up but can move down. YYYY@YYYY 55 years old

Not diabetic no smoke.
started over a month ago but toes just browned out over last couple days. no injury though I did slip in mud a month plus ago.

1.Get your serum B 12 and vitamin D 3 estimation.
2.Take tablet Pregabalin M at night time.
3.Take 60000 unit vitamin D3 per week for six weeks.
4.Take one gram calcium daily.
