This has happened before but this time more severe.

I drank alcohol last night with friends for newyears. I had a decent amount. Threw up during night ect. Bad stomach pains. Today i had a period of about 20 mins where my face, arms and legs got tingling. All day i have been having heart palpitations, maybe getting one several times per minute along with shortness of breath. i dont have any known heart problems and this has happened before.

Brief Answer:
too much alcohol can lead to vitamin B1 deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM, too much alcohol can lead to vitamin B1 deficiency that can explain your tingling sensation.
Regarding your other symptoms--I think they are mostly related to gastritis.
However from your previous consultations, I do see that you have had attacks of tingling numbness and palpitations in the past too. Gas generated by gastritis can lead to pressure on heart and palpitations.
Please get tested for --B1, B6, B12, serum Calcium, magnesium.
Also get tested for MVP--mitral valve prolapse that is a mild heart condition that can lead to attacks of palpitations, if the symptoms do not improve with treatment of gastritis.
But first--do reduce your drinking if it is frequent.
Regards

Question was for my gf, not me.

She rarely drinks.

We went to ER, they said she has PVCs.

Brief Answer:
PVC's are a symptom and not a diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I understood it is a lady, but do admit I got mixed up about the previous consultations.
PVC's are a symptom and not a diagnosis.
I am glad she is an occasional drinker, maybe that is why she reacted more.
If the symptoms of tingling and numbness persist, you can get the mineral and vitamin tests done suggested by me.
However, I sincerely hope she has settled down by now.
