Brief Answer:
It's likely to be due to post menopause state

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

It's a common symptom experienced by post menopause individuals. In the absence of palpable lump, asymmetry of breast , discharge from nipple there is no cause for concern.

Annually getting a mammography is indicated. Also a Breast Self examination will be helpful.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
