Question: Hi.. I was having tingling sensation in palms and tickling in face.and insomnia and chest tightning.no diabetes and thyroid. I had severe stress from 3 months abt my sons health issue.not able to sleep properly for 3 months. consulted a nurologist .he tested me and prescribed gebantin forte 300mg and nuhenz for 21 days.actually my tingling sensation was coming when I was in stress and also if I do deep breathing I am having quick relief.this I forgot to tell with nurologist.
I didn't took the medicine since it was very mild and can control with deep breathing.again I had some stress issue last week.now tingling only near neck area and not in palms.started gebantin forte 2 days my anxiety increased and had less sleep.
So stopped it.5 years back I was given by nurologist libotryp xl(half) for only 21 days for severe anxiety. It worked very well and I don't have any withdrawl symptom.so I started now libotryp xl (half). With 2 dosage feeling calm and can sleep well.tingling also went.just want to ask is it ok if I continue for 21 days or for 15 days.Is it has the effect to cure my tingling.doing 45 min deep breathing along with this.

Brief Answer:
Can continue libotryp.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your details and I understand your concerns.

In my opinion, libotryp is a good and safe antianxiety drug. You can continue it for 21 days. As your anxiety will be relieved, the tingling sensation will go away itself.

Please do continue your deep breathing exercises as well.

Kindly keep your doctor informed about your medicines.
All the best.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Check BP.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Good to hear that you are better now.
Libotryp can sometime cause blood pressure to fall. This can sometime cause blurred vision. Kindly check your BP.
Another common cause is altered blood sugar levels. I suggest you to get your blood sugar levels checked too.
If this comes out to be normal, than a eye specialist consultation would be needed.

Deep breathing exercises which you are doing are sufficient for you. Please continue with that.

Thanks.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Libotryp on sos basis.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hello again.
I think you can take libotryp on sos (when needed) basis. Whenever you feel anxious and stressed, you can take the medicine only then.

Continue with your breathing exercises.

All the best.
Take care.
