What Causes Tingling Sensation In Penis And Yellow Semen After Protected Sex?
Question: i recently have protected sex n I have a tingling feeling in my pens and also my semen is yellowish color. do you know what would cause that

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have tingling sensation in penis after having protected sex very recently.

1) Are you using the same brand of condom while having sex every time or has changed the brand ?
2) Was it a dry ,rough ,vigorous sex?
3) Do you have any other urinary symptom like burning urination ,pain ,frequency etc?
It seems to be mostly due to allergic reaction to chemicals used in condom .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
Ensure to drink more water .
This should get resolved within a week .

at first a slight burning. then once i start to pee it burn then it goes away in mid stream
