What Causes Tingling Sensation In Penis While Urinating With A History Of Chlamydia?

Question: Hey,
Recently noticed a tingling sensation in my penis when I pee / ejaculate, penis feels a bit different, but no strange marks or bumps. I have had the same partner for 6 months and I'm quite certain she's not cheating on me.
I had chlamydia about 14 months ago, and it felt somewhat similar (though the chlamydia began to hurt more over time).
It seemed to occur two days following sex with my partner. Perhaps a urinary tract infection?
I am currently traveling and do not have access to a medical doctor, but I can buy medication from the pharmacy. What action should I take?

Brief Answer:
You need investigation before suggestion of treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
I can understand your concern. But truth is without an examination or investigations treatment should not be prescribed. Instead of doing good, it may worsen the situation or lead to some other untoward side effects.
You may need urine and semen routine examination and culture and sensitivity tests and if necessary some other blood investigation before instituting treatment. Till you meet your physician, drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and spices.
Get well soon.
