What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Penile Tip?

Question: After having sex with my wife on her last Day of her period (she though she was done, she had some spotting). I have a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. No burning with urination, no discharge, no apparent redness or swelling. And the feeling to utinate after I just urinated no pain. She does not have any symptoms
Brief Answer:
It will subside by itself
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query ,
It does look like infection,
I think it's due to rubbing of tip of urethra during sex causing irritation and urge to urinate. This can be normal and hopefully, will be fine by itself You can drink some water and may be pass more urine so that the irritation goes away..
